Before joining Dale House, Mia spent the last 8 years partnering with local organizations to close gaps and break down barriers in youth programs—especially for those involved in multiple systems. Mia strives to accomplish collaboration and building on people’s strengths, because she believes lasting change happens when we work together. Mia is guided by a belief in the inherent dignity and worth of every person, and she sees her work as a reflection of her faith—walking alongside others in love, service, and hope.
